Terms of sale & refunds

1. Who sells
The books are written and published by Aurea Libri (see Legal notice). Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments: at checkout the reseller (merchant of record) is Link, a Stripe service, which handles the payment, the receipt and any VAT or sales tax. The payment terms shown at checkout apply to the payment. We grant the licence to use the books and handle downloads, support and refunds.
2. What you get
Digital books (e-books) in PDF format, and EPUB where offered. The download links appear on screen immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped. The books can be read on a computer, tablet or phone.
3. Prices

Prices are shown with their currency. VAT or sales tax of the buyer’s country is calculated by Stripe and shown on the checkout page before you pay. There are no shipping costs.
4. Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read the book. Please do not resell, publish or share the files.
5. Content
The books provide general, practical information. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Every customer, in every country, can withdraw from the purchase and get a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason — also if the file has already been downloaded. For consumers in the EU/EEA this is their statutory right of withdrawal. To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example an e-mail) to kontakt@aurealibri.com before the 14 days have passed.
Please include the e-mail address used for the purchase and the purchase date. The refund is made through Stripe to the original payment method, for the full amount paid including taxes, without any fees; Link confirms it by e-mail. When it appears on your account depends on your bank or card issuer. You do not need to send anything back.
7. Cancellations and subscriptions
We sell one-off purchases only — no subscriptions, no recurring charges.
8. Problems with a payment
If a download does not work or something is wrong with a payment, please write to us before disputing the charge with your bank — it is usually solved much faster.
